En Supernovas Music cuidamos los datos que nos dejás cuando nos escribís desde supernovasmusic.com. Acá te contamos, simple y claro, qué hacemos con ellos.
Qué datos guardamos
Los que completás en el formulario: tu nombre o el de tu empresa, tu teléfono o mail, el tipo de consulta, y según el caso el artista, el lugar y la fecha del evento, la capacidad, la descripción y el archivo que adjuntes (CV, tema o brief).
Para qué los usamos
- Para responder tu consulta y, si corresponde, gestionar la contratación.
- Para llevar un registro interno de las consultas que recibimos.
- Solo si te suscribiste al newsletter, para mandarte nuestros lanzamientos y novedades. Te podés dar de baja cuando quieras desde el link que va en cada mail o escribiéndonos.
Con quién los compartimos
No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos. Para que la web funcione usamos servicios de terceros que los procesan en nuestro nombre: Google (mail, Drive y Maps), FormSubmit (envío del formulario) y Vercel (alojamiento de la web).
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
El tiempo necesario para responderte y gestionar la consulta, o hasta que nos pidas borrarlos.
Tus derechos
Podés pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, o dejar de recibir novedades, escribiendo a info@supernovasmusic.com. Te respondemos a la brevedad.
El titular de los datos personales tiene la facultad de ejercer el derecho de acceso a los mismos en forma gratuita a intervalos no inferiores a seis meses, salvo que se acredite un interés legítimo al efecto, conforme lo establecido en el artículo 14, inciso 3 de la Ley N° 25.326. La AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.

What we collect
What you fill in on the form: your name or company, your phone or email, the type of inquiry and, depending on the case, the artist, the event venue and date, capacity, description and any file you attach (CV, track or brief).
What we use it for
- To reply to your inquiry and, when relevant, handle the booking.
- To keep an internal record of the inquiries we receive.
- Only if you subscribed to our newsletter, to send you our new releases and news. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link in every email or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We never sell or hand over your data. To run the website we use third-party services that process it on our behalf: Google (email, Drive and Maps), FormSubmit (form delivery) and Vercel (website hosting).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to reply and handle your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving news, by writing to info@supernovasmusic.com. We’ll get back to you shortly.
This policy is governed by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. The Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights under data protection regulations have been affected.
